A multi-tower condominium project, Tretti Condos, will soon make its way to 30 Tippett Road, in Toronto. The project, which is now in pre-construction stage in Wilson Heights’ neighbourhood, is by Collecdev. The project will include two mid-rise condominium towers 13 and 14 storeys tall, housing a total of 521 suites. On the north portion of the project site will be the 13-storey tower, proposed to have 356 units with a mixture of 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom + den and 2-bedroom layouts. The 14-story tower will sit on the south part of the site.

The building is proposed to include 8,298 sq. ft. of indoor amenity space, 4,510 sq. ft. of grade-level outdoor amenity space, as well as a 3,950 sq. ft. rooftop terrace. Also proposed for this building is a further 5,123 sq. ft. of community space.
