M2M is a master-planned community that’s currently in the pre-construction development phase and is proposed by Aoyuan International for a large parcel of land located in Newtonbrook, North York ON. 5 towers will be situated on the land, featuring condominiums, townhomes and retail space.
The project’s municipal address is 5915 Yonge St, North York, ON M2M 3T9, located in the southeast corner of Yonge Street and Cummer Avenue. M2M is to be constructed where the Newtonbrook Plaza currently sits.
